This website is operated by the Union City Police Officers Association PAC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice explains what information is collected when you visit, how it is used, and your choices. It is provided in accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22575–22579).
Information We Collect
We do not ask for or collect personal information on this website. There are no sign-up forms, accounts, donation pages, analytics tools, or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies.
Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used only to deliver the site, keep it secure, and troubleshoot problems. We do not use it to identify you.
If you choose to email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to respond to you.
Third-Party Services
- Google Fonts. Page fonts are delivered by Google, which receives your IP address when the fonts load. See the Google Privacy Policy.
- Outside links. Links to candidate websites, the Alameda County Registrar of Voters, and the California Secretary of State take you to sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because this site does not track visitors across websites or over time, it operates the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across websites through this site.
Your California Privacy Rights
If you have emailed us, you may ask us to tell you what information we have, correct it, or delete it by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for making a request.
